I found the site kind of confusing to use. I feel like basic things should be easy to find without having to click around too much, but it took me longer than it should have to figure out where to go.

I got a Pink Palm Puff hoodie and was a little nervous about washing it. I followed the tag and did a cold wash, then let it air dry. It stayed really soft, and the color still looks the same, which was a relief. It did take a bit longer to dry, and the sleeves might have shrunk a tiny bit, but nothing major. Overall, it’s easy to care for as long as you don’t toss it in a "hot wash" and hope for the best...

They had most of what I needed and the sizes were actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. I was feeling good about it—then of course the one color I wanted wasn’t available. Still decent overall, just a little annoying.

Just a warning to others: don’t expect the refund to be instant. Mine did come through after a short wait, and support replied in a decent enough way, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just be prepared to follow up and give it a little time.

Like, at this point, it’s practically part of my personality. Shipping was totally fine too, no drama. I’m seriously so happy with it!

I ordered a pink hoodie from Pinkpalmpuff because the photos showed this really soft, light pink shade that looked super cute. When it arrived, though, it was more of a bright peachy pink, which was not really the vibe I thought I was getting.

The hoodie itself feels okay and the shipping was fine, but this is where it got annoying: I bought it mainly for the color. If the photos had been more accurate, I probably would’ve picked something else, so I was disappointed.

The tracking didn’t update for days, so I kept having to check it myself, and there was never a clear answer on when it was actually going to show up. It ended up arriving much later than expected, which was annoying because I felt kind of left in the dark, if that makes sense. I probably won’t order from them again...

I had to exchange my hoodie for a bigger size, and honestly... it was simple!! It did take a few days to hear back, which was a little annoying, but once they got back to me they sorted everything out and sent the right size. Not totally perfect, but overall?? Good experience!!!

The prices are okay, and I think most customers would probably feel the same. It’s not overpriced, but it also doesn’t feel like you’re getting an amazing deal. A little more value for the money would make the experience better

The material felt soft and nice on my skin at first, which I really liked. But after wearing it around a few times, it didn’t feel quite as soft as it did in the beginning. Maybe that’s just how the fabric is. It’s not bad, but not amazing either. For the price, I kind of expected it to stay nicer a little longer. Overall, it’s okay — about 3 stars for me.

I feel kind of embarrassed because I ordered this thinking it would get here quickly and even mentioned it to someone like it was a sure thing. But it ended up taking forever to arrive, and there weren’t really any clear updates along the way. I was just stuck waiting and checking for info. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order again
